The roses are made from paper filters that I have aged and stamped with French script in a pale faded green......the leaves are made with larger script paper.....in the center are vintage stamens.  The centerpiece is a nest made of sweet Annie dyed a chocolate brown with pale aqua eggs, feathers and wisps of cotton.  I have added brown ribbon bows, brown paper crimps and a tangle of cheesecloth around the nest.......all of this is nestled in an ecru ceramic bowl.........a study in neutrals!!!
