This is a beautiful, handpainted wall planter that I have filled with peonies, hydrangeas and leaves in Fall colors to compliment the painting.  The planter is antiqued and edged in gold, the top edge is scalloped and the back is flat to fit flush against the wall.

 

She measures about 13" tall overall and the planter is 9" wide at the base.  The metal loop for hanging is part of the planter.  Elegant and traditional......
